I have CLL and taking Ibrutinib which is a targeted chemo drug and now I have just had a lumpectomy for breast cancer and I was given Letrozole tablets which I need to take for 5 years but had a severe reaction to it and wondered it anyone else with CLL also had breast cancer and has found an alternative to Letrozole that works for them.? Any help would be great as I seem to be reacting to so many drugs.

I notice you havent had any replies and I wanted to say sorry you are having such a rough time. You need to consult your medical team asap to sort this out because you need to be treated. Take care, Anne uk
Sorry. I am just seeing this. Please consult your oncologist. Some people do far better on one of the aromatase inhibitors than another in this same class of drugs. Perhaps onco can switch you to another, or if necessary a third, to see if you do better. Are you post menopause?
