Side effects of RCD Chemotherapy

I have undergone 2 cycles of rituximab, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone (RCD) chemotherapy. This alternative therapy was decided by treating Hematologist after discontinuing Ibrutinib due to intolerance. Now after every cycle of RCD, I am experiencing extreme pain in my joints and having weakness with loosing body weight. Due to weakness I am mostly bedridden.

Kindly suggest the further course of treatment.

Since you are in India, and we cannot give medical advice, it would be difficult for us to suggest treatments without knowing what is available in India. In the USA most doctors would try Venetoclax/Venclexta, Idelalisib/Zydelig, or Acalabrutinib/Calquence

Gradually my Serum Protein and Albumin levels have gone down. The treating Hematologist has stopped further chemotherapy due to

Nutrition deficiency. Unfortunately even after taking adequate nutritious diet my Serum Protein and albumin levels are not rising. Feeling very weak and have lost muscle mass. Has anybody gone thru and what can be the possible cause of this condition .
