Fatigue with CLL

Hello

I was diagnosed cll on January 2019 cll stage 0, my wbc was 30, on June 2020 is 49 no symptoms except my gamma globulin is slightly lower than normal.

I am still on w/w, but i feel all time tired and I cannot work on morning, I start only at 14h.

Also I am anxious, I think all time about my cll.

My doctor did not help me much.

I see a psy last month she gave me Prozac but it didn’t help me much on my fatigue.

Did someone experienced the same.

Is there any diet or vitamin can help.

Many thanks in advance !

If you search the forum here fatigue issues are probably one of the most common themes. Here is something I wrote about it myself. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

Look at the related posts link for yours and mine and you will see that you are far from being alone with this problem.

Regarding anxiety it’s all about learning to deal with your emotions. Anxiety is very understandable and bizarrely if you try to fight it deny it or suppress it then it is likely to just get stronger and stronger. Have a look at this article and in particular the short videos. You may find it helpful healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

Adrian - I think you have a background in this area - couldn’t the Prozac cause increased tiredness??

You are definitely not alone Hicham. I suffer from extreme fatigue before and after treatments. Don’t expect your doctor to understand or know how to treat your fatigue. Some will say it’s all in your head. 🥺 Don’t even expect family or friends to understand how fatigue feel.

Adrian’s link is very helpful.
