My wife and I are very encouraged by your reports. I'm 1 1/2 months behind you and just starting the venetoclax ramp up. In two months my nodes shrank by 78% and my enlarged spleen is now fully protected by my rib cage for the first time in 11 years.

Hi Yidarmy 69,

Just checking in to see how you are doing on your trial. Still feeling well and good test results? Have you experienced any side effects? How was the ramp up on the venetoclax -I've read that some people have had difficulties with that. Nausea? Neutropenia?

Thank you for your feedback,

Rick (HikerBiker)

Hi I just remembered that during ramp up I was closely monitored for TLS which could occur but you drs and nurses will monitor you for this I had no symptoms if you are in the at risk group and show signs in U.K. you would be admitted to hospital during this time

Hi I can honestly say I am doing brilliantly still bloods everything in normal range I suffered no side effects that hasn’t changed during ramp up I was monitored expertly by my nurses all through this I never even took an anti sicknesses tablet that’s how good the treatment has been for me hope this helps you if you are thinking of this treatment
