This week marks the sixth period of 28 days with Ibrutinib and 4th period combination with Venetoclax of my trial (Vision trial, Netherlands).I officially reached a remission already. Very good results on blood work, almost all normal. I had a succesful coloscopy to exclude any gut nastyness. Some ferritin will be added to my daily menu of pills now.
Hardly experienced side effects, just some lack of energy still, muscle spasms and sinusitis (almost 6 months now).
More infusions or injections with IGIV to come.
I guess I am very lucky that these new medication could be developed by smart scientists, mice and heroic patients. Very grateful.
