Your results aren’t bad at all and the only thing that is slightly unusual is that your neutrophils are towards the upper end of normal. It may indicate a sub clinical infection and that could explain why you feel below par but other tests would be needed. More discussion with your Dr is probably needed.
Jackie, I’m aware that number have been steadily improving, during flair wbc was up to 497k, hoping that I’d feel much better when down to 31k. I’ve been reading about MRD. Does it apply in CLL and is there truly such a thing as CR in cll
Yes, lots of patients achieve CR but a CR and having undetectable MRD are two different things. A CR is having no enlarged LNs, spleen or liver and an essentially normal blood count.
Table 4 on page 8 of this reference gives more information: multiplemyeloma.bloodjourna... We are unlikely to reach undetectable MRD on Ibruitnib, although a few patients have been reported. It's almost exclusively seen with FCR and venetoclax combination therapy and the degree of MRD detection depends on if it's 1/1,000 or 10,000 or even more.
Have your thyroid checked. I experienced extreme fatigue that I couldn't believe it. However, my family Dr. suggested a Thyroid test and yep, after many years, I went from medication of 110 mg a day on my Synthroid med to 125. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. So, maybe something like that could be your problem. Good Luck
That’s awesome I will have to give the thyroid a checkout! With my numbers closing in on normal it’d be nice if it were something easy to diagnose like that thanks so much!
