I was just wondering my mother just got dengue and will be out of the hospital by tomorrow. But sadly her Haemoglobin has dropped to 9. Was just wondering what should we do to increase it. Medicines will not help a lot and she is a vegetarian. What is the suggestion so that she feels better out of the hospital?

I too am a vegetarian who also struggles with hemoglobin....I eat lots of dark green vegetables and I eat golden raisins, figs, dates, currants at least twice a day....I just brought mine up from 9 to 13.....even I couldn’t believe it! 🙏☘️💕😍Panz
A lot depends on what is causing your mother to have low hemoglobin. If it is an autoimmune disorder like hemolytic anemia, I don’t know that much of anything short of treatment for the underlying cause will move the hemoglobin needle much.
That said, some improvement in hemoglobin levels can result from eating foods rich in iron, like leafy vegetables. And while I am not a big believer in the use of most supplements, I think there is good scientific proof that taking folic acid helps.
I think what would be most helpful would be to determine the underlying cause of the drop in hemoglobin and treat that if possible.
She had a decent haemoglobin at 11.5 but due to dengue, her haemoglobin dropped.
Here’s a few options that my family has used.
-Floradix - you can purchase on line or Health Food Stores.
-Molasses -
and
-Frozen Sprouted Wheat Grass - Dynamic Greens ships air in US and Canada dynamicgreens.com there may be other places to get but this is best that source that I know of. I’d also find a good naturopath that deals with cancer in particular as they would be able to advise.
All the best!
