My husband has three treatments left of the Gazyva. He had blood work today. He was told his numbers are heading in a good direction. His Spleen has shrunk and now can’t be felt. He is feeling good., back to biking and walking and home exercises. This site has helped me to be more involved with what is going on. I now understand a little better when they go over his labs.
We are looking
forward to some peaceful Holiday time.
Stay Strong, stay well. 🌼

AuntHelen, (like others I, too, had an Aunt Helen--- so happy to hear that the Gazyva has worked along with the neulasta to give your husband his energy back. He is doing his walking, biking, exercises which should put him in good stead for whatever comes down the road.
That and eating a good, balanced diet are prime ways to deal with CLL by giving us a healthy body that can better withstand the treatments when they are necessary.
I hope you and he can now enjoy a more relaxing time as the weather (if ever we do get actual autumn temperatures this year) changes to less heat.
