Swollen nodes right side of body GOLF BALL SIZE

I'm 23, female. I've always had issues with my lymph nodes. My armpit, groin, and leg nodes seem swollen and uncomfortable. But my neck is where it's bad. Between my ear lobe and shoulder is a golf ball sized lump that has gotten bigger over the last few days. It started swelling about two months ago when I had an abscess in my gums and I took antibiotics and it went down. Well now it's twice the size and causes pain in my back, shoulder, arm pit and occasionally the front of my neck. It gets stiff occasionally too. My access went away, it's been a few months, but I now have a layer of yellow/white stuff on my tongue. Also, my right tonsil has been swollen for just about ever. Causes no pain. My throat feels scratchy if I try to talk to loud. I've also noticed stomach cramps as if I'm about to start my period but haven't. Ive seen several doctors who never take the time to help besides give me antibiotics. My current doctor doesn't seem concerned and is trying to treat me for anxiety but said my nodes are definitely swollen. Is this a sign of cancer or possibly an infection from my abscess MONTHS ago? I've been so panicked about this I'm losing sleep and spending the work day googling systems. Also to add, a few years ago my white blood cell count was so low but eventually it went back up. Helpp. Swollen tonsil, no cough, right side neck golf ball sized lump, nodes through right of body swollen and feel stiff. Is this a sign of cancer.

Cat, this is a support site for people who have CLL/SLL. We do not diagnose any disease or condition.

If you are not satisfied with what the Dr. you have has done, see another Dr. Try an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) physician.

I hope you get the help you need for your continued health problem.

Cllady is absolutely right Catladi and we cannot diagnose you on here. I would say however that it’s exceptionally rare for someone your age to have CLL. Googling is fuelling your anxieties and you must find a doctor to discuss your symptoms. They sound highly consistent with Mononucleosis but that is just my observation and carries no authority.

Wishing you well and try to find a responsive medic to diagnose you.

I would ask for a biopsy of the node that’s a typical way to tell if it’s cancer. Have you ever had a biopsy?

I had same symptoms as her. They thought I had cat scratch fever , mono or syphilis. I would have préférée syphilis and not SLL
