Swollen legs.
Not much to go on... do you need edema? Like swollen ankles and feet... ?

Just my legs ankles are Ok
Well you need to see a doctor as soon as practical, this needs attention...you need to rule out DVT deep vein thrombosis, but rarely does it happen in both legs...

Jonah. This could be related to a kidney issue, a cardiac issue like a leaky mitral valve (you need a cardiologist and probably an echocardiogram to look for this), a clot (an ultrasound would confirm this), though as Chris said that would usually involve just one leg, or venous insufficiency, caused when the valves in the leg veins are stretched and allow some blood to flow backwards. This requires a different type of ultrasound for diagnosis. There may be other cause I'm not aware of. Hopefully your doctor will have some answers for you that involve something easily dealt with! Let us know how things turn out.
I don’t know anything else about your condition or treatment at this time but I have another thing they may look at. My wife had a similar issue about 4 years ago but only in one leg and including the ankle. She had been in remission for 6 years after her chemo treatments. Her white blood count was only 11,000. After a month or so of not having any idea what was going on the decision was to do a cat scan of her abdomen. Unfortunately they found a clump of rather swollen lymph nodes that were cutting off blood to the leg. Now I don’t know if that could happen to both legs and I would wonder why not the ankles being in included for you but it might be worth asking your oncologist about possibly a similar kind of issue.
So sorry to hear you are going through this. Dealing with all these issues can be so taxing. I hope you have some method that you use to destress from all of this. I’ll be sending prayers to you.

I have swollen legs and ankles. This is not something new for me as I have had this for many years post colon cancer radiation/chemo. My visit to-day with the Kidney doc he suggested that I get an ultra-sound of my heart because blood pressure which is always on the low side was slightly elevated to-day. My hemoglobin is at 101 which is low, but for me a new high as I started with 61 and I am on ibrutinib. My iron levels are low and I am also scheduled for an "iron" infusion. I am very grateful that the medics are taking care of me, but it is frustrating to have one specialist say everything is going well and another is jumping at doing tests. I can only hope that this is just another bump in the road and that everything is going well. I am a constant visitor to the hospital/cancer clinic/kidney clinic
Hi Jonah
Did your Dr have an answer to the edema problem - swollen legs?
I've been suffering similar - both legs.. also across my belly..
Took my shoes off whilst eating and chatting with friends yesterday, and it was hard to get my shoes 2 hours later.. One said that hot weather can much increase these issues.. But my mind turns to issues of heart/kidneys/internal nodes pressing on veins etc.
If I could, I'd have my feet up far more often.
In my case, with the U.K. heatwave, I have had constipation issues.. A daily dose off Movicol with much increased fluid intake has resolved this, and the constipation is held at bay, with improved comfort and decreased edema on belly.
I so wish the excess heat would cease.
