Update No. 2

HB readings after blood is 66, so 2 more bags will be given tonite.

Platelet reading was 21,000 but dropped down to 17,000. Have taken him off his iron tablets as they are not needed.

Now has to take....folic acid, a calcium tablet and steroid tablets, not sure of amounts yet., but will know more when pharmacist comes and explains.

He says he feels good and certainly no yellow to be seen., he is eating well and even asking me to bring sandwiches and crisps in for him !!!!!

Just hope this curve in the road leads on to a straighter stretch eventually.

Yes you are correct they are potato chips in the USA. Hubby confuses everyone in California when we are visiting and he asks for crisps !!!!!!
