I Thank all those for the messages of support at times they can make a huge difference.

I am back home now just been watching the highlights of the Final day of the Tour I was there but you can't see everything hey.

I had a great time and meet some lovely people, our group had no punctures like all the other groups some got to double figures we were blessed.

I Cycled with an amazing young woman who had had AML and had a Stem cell transplant so we had quite a chat, she was amazing and she is doing really well.

Sometimes I get down like we all do I guess but you here stories like this and it just strengthens my resolve, doing the fundraising training has been hard this time and I though this will be the last time but no I am not going give up if we don't help ourselves who will.

you're an inspiration to us all and you're flying the flag for those of us that can't do these amazing feats of athleticism. We all get down, I think that's natural in our situation but we keep going and posts like yours lift our mood.
