I'm waiting to find out if I'm IGHV mutated or not. If I am I'm less willing to undertake FCR. Does anybody know anything about the btk inhibitor ACP 196. How is it different to Ibrutinib?

I am non mutated and started taking ACP-196 in February 2015 as part of a phase 1 drug trial. It is a more targeted second generation BTK. This means that there are fewer side effects. I have not had any adverse side effects. In fact, I have had several positive side effects - sinuses cleared up and my eczema is less severe. I have attached a link to an interview of Dr. Byrd who published the first ACP-196 phase 1 test results. This is from December 2015. To my knowledge nothing has changed in the last 10 months.
