Hi All

It went ok yesterday over a period of a year my ALC has gone from 76.05 - 85.56 - 69.20

She said they rwere excellent but i did note in the same period

Haemoglobin has gone from 16.6 -16.4 -15.6

Platelets 263- 279 -217

Just got hold of a book Cycling around the coast of Britain now that would be amazing.

Good news Jules, must be the exercise!

I had a friend who, when he retired cycled round the coast of England, Scotland and Wales, starting and ending near Liverpool and going anti-clockwise. He wrote a diary that he shared with me, it was fascinating. A couple of years later he cycled round the coast of Ireland.
