Please appreciate that any political comments are very likely to upset members with a different political opinion. Hence you can best support fellow members by refraining from any political commentary.

While I do find it interesting to read the opinions of those outside of the US about our elections, it is very nice to know that I can come here and not have to think about it for a while. I agree with Dick about political issues going on overseas as well.

Even in Australia the US presidential election get daily coverage in our news for ~3 l_o_n_g years before election day, so I'm very happy to keep this forum politics free.
