Referred myself to his clinic and was seen by one of his associates. She was very helpful but confirmed what I had been told by my haematologist at the Victoria Infirmary. Worth a self referral though

Me too. Next appointment on 19th. Perhaps we might bump into each other4 at some point. I have been attending for over 2 years and still on watch and wait so fingers crossed that we keep healthy and avoid treatment for as long as possible.

I am in my 10th year Watch & Wait and I am attending Stobhill Hospital.

I have discussed with my Haematologist, the fact that I would like to see a CLL specialist when the time for treatment has become neccessary, for my peace of mind, and to reassure myself that I was about to receive the best possible treatment available to me.

She was more than happy to explain that there is a CLL specialist in the Beatson that would be able to give me a second oppinion, and that in fact, before any treatment is suggested, she also refers to the Beatson.

Hi Plunket,

The specialist is Dr MIKE LEACH, not Lean! The other Dr is Alison McCaig. She is based at RAH and Beatson.

I also got an appointment at 1045 Victoria been having sore tummy problems recently gp thinks it's nerves just want them to check me

I hope everything goes ok with you
