fibrosis after kasai

My son has a process Kasai of the age of two months and a half .. Praise be to God is now good and has no jaundice but the liver sample showed that he has cirrhosis of the second degree .. Is there a cure for cirrhosis or even to prevent the development of this fibrosis ... Today is a year and takes vitamins and formulas Previous digestion .. Do not suffer the child from ascites or complications, thank God the Lord of the Worlds ... Help me with advice and give hope Is this fibrosis improved

My son is 8 and still has fibrosis. It hasn’t gotten better but it also hasn’t gotten worse. He isn’t on any medication and his liver functions normal even though there is fibrosis. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your response and support .. 8 years and not aggravate this is something wonderful .. So you can advise what is the right food for my child .. I heard that it is necessary to avoid proteins and fats but my son loves to eat meat, poultry and eggs .. What to do and what useful things to feed my child .. Thank you for the well wishes. I hope the same for your child. He eats pretty much whatever he wants. He doesn’t like any processed foods or red meat. Makes him feel nauseous. Otherwise he eats everything. From what I understand the doctors want the kids to be very well nourished in case they need to have a transplant. The recovery is easier when they have more of a healthy weight. My son is naturally slim and the doctors were very concerned at first. At this point they are no longer concerned because they see he is gaining weight regularly.

I ask God Almighty that does not make us in need to plant the liver .. I ask for foods prevent the deterioration of the liver and regeneration of its cells .. Keep the human liver original better than liver transplantation
