Hi, I have high triglysceride count. Anyone any ideas about lowering this?

i also have high trigs which have caused me to have pancreatitis attacks and at the moment i'm on bezafibrate and 80mg simvastatin .i still enjoy a drink and a meal out once a week though but try to eat low fat high fibre meals and add flaxseed oil to my porridge

in the morning.

Hello and thanks to Traci,peedee and concerned, i do have chol at 6.9. Not getting much info from Dr and not taking statins. Would rather sort out dietarily.Carbs would be a biggy with me, I already watch my fat intake but have not thought about sugar etc.
