high HDL, low triglycerides

I have just had some private blood tests done for my private GP in regards to my under active thyroid

I decided to check my cholesterol levels amongst other levels and my results are attached .

Although my overall cholesterol is high , this is down to a high HDL and my triglycerides are very low

Last time this happened my GP tried to put me on statins, which I refused citing my individual cholesterol readings. Eventually I got a second opinion from within the practice and the second GP agreed that there was no need for statins and even went as far as congratulating me on my results !

I have now been called for another cholesterol check ( as well as various other checks!) By my GP and obviously the reading will be similar to those I did at home only a few weeks ago

Im just writing for reassurance that if offered statins again I should fight my corner snd insist that my readings are in fact good ? I am hypothyroid and being treated privately for that ( if it’s relevant)?

Thank you
