High blood pressure = bad

Factors causing high blood pressure = address these

BUT blood pressure OF ITSELF is a risk factor (strokes/ heart attack) as well as the causes.

Blood pressure is NOT 'just a number' but is itself a RISK.

At least, that's what I thought...
