My one year blood lipid test results tell me that watching out for free and hidden sugar can bring down lipid numbers.

This did not bring down my weight therefore HbA1C number has gone up slightly. Now I have to work on bringing down my weight to bring down HbA1C number. I am planning on doing a blood test in 6 months time and to reduce my weight by 10 pounds. This can be difficult, I have to give up a lot of food I like to eat? This is a 6 moths experiment.
