I am a cardiac stent patient. Got stented in 2017/Feb. My present lipid profile shows LDL as 60 but HDL IS ONLY 38. Triglyceride is 61. I am 60+ in age. How do I correct my hdl with food?

What is the total cholesterol? general health? what medication are you taking after and before stent?
HDL is 20% of total cholesterol, if HDL is low then total cholesterol can be low as well. Your doctor need to look at the medication dosage?
