Have just read in a health magazine the following - Some statins have been linked with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes. And now preliminary research from Oregon State University suggests that co-enzyme Q10 could help counteract this. More studies are in the pipeline.

oily fish is not enough if you have damage from statins i now take ubiquinol which is the same as coq10 but is if you are aged over 40
