No help and struggling to cope with what's happened.

I made a post a while back and at the time I was definitely suffering with body dysmorphia. While some changes had occurred it was probably just due to aging and minor in the grand scheme of things. Fast forward I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and my mental health began to decline again. As a result I went back to my GP and they prescribed sertraline for me. From the off I had quite a reaction to it despite this they told me to continue for at least four weeks, which I did. In this time changes to my appearance directly correlated to taking this prescription. I did not realize that prior to taking it my vitamin D had been deficient for a while and that it has an adverse impact on bone metabolism. My dentist and GP were concerned by the onset and severity of these changes - as a result they referred me to the hospital. Due to this I decided to see two private oral and maxillofacial surgeons both dismissed my concerns. One said it was psychological and the other said it was due to aging. No tests or investigations were carried out. I do not know what to do moving forward, something that was suppose to help has only made things worse. In the response are photos from the beginning of the prescription at the end and to the present day. Can someone give me reassurance that it isn't psychological and change has occurred.
