I had a nosejob 2 weeks ago, and it ruined everything. I had a very average nose before the surgery, but i wanted to correct my bump on my side profile. Now i look bad from the side and also from the front, i look like Michael Jackson after all those surgeries and i hate it, i cry every hour, cant sleep, cant eat, i just want to die. My mom supported me through this whole dissaster and i cant just leave her, but i really cant do it. I need some advice, if someone is in the same boat as me.

Ruined nose job
Hello Naja21 and welcome to the Changing Faces community. Thank you for your post and for sharing your experiences here. It sounds like you've had a really challenging time with the nose surgery and I’m very sorry to hear that you are feeling low and as if you don’t want to be around anymore. You mentioned having difficulties eating and sleeping as well and that can exacerbate those feelings especially when you are depleted of your energy. It’s good to hear that you have a supportive and positive relationship with your mom and you sound like you really care about her as well. You mentioned that you experience suicidal thoughts and hopefully those feelings have shifted now but if you are still feeling this way it is really important that you get the right kind of help and support. We’d strongly recommend you talk to your GP or local mental health service about this. If you feel that you’re in immediate danger of hurting yourself, we’d urge you to contact the emergency services number or going to your local A&E.
Changing Faces cannot endorse any external organisations, but you might want to consider looking at this if you wanted a starting point:
If you are based in the UK, you can contact The Samaritans (samaritans.org/) for free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 116 123.
If you are living outside of the UK, LifeLine international have details of different organisations offering support in various countries (lifeline-intl.com/).
Health unlocked also has a list of organisations internationally which can offer support: support.healthunlocked.com/...
Hope that helps a little and please take care of yourself.

Hi Naja,
Just reaching out to see how you are doing?
One thing I do know about surgery is that surgeons are professionals and they review their work.
So I would say the first thing to do is to understand what your surgeons have said, or are saying to you about your recovery progress.
Some surgery can cause all sorts of issues that look far worse ** WAY WAY** before they look better.
Could this be the case here? Your surgeons should be reviewing your progress with you.
Please put my mind at rest and tell me that they are?
I know it must be tempting to want to do something immediately, but I would do nothing for now until you have an understanding of what if anything went wrong, and what an be adjustments or corrections are possible.
