Scleroderma Awareness

DolaChangingFacesUK profile image

It's starting to look like every month or day has some special significance attached to it. This month it’s Scleroderma Awareness month with the 29th designated as World Scleroderma Day. I thought perhaps we could take it in turns to look at some of the different conditions affecting members of our community, starting with Scleroderma. Hopefully this will help us to understand each other's conditions and thereby deepen our empathy. So, what is Scleroderma? Who does it affect? How is it diagnosed? Do you have or know someone who has it? If you have Scleroderma, how does it affect you and your appearance? Let's share and care.
