I am 71 years old and have Fibromyalia and post polio sydrome. I have mobility problem and suffer muscle weakness which effects my back and leg. I have a very good osteopath and have a monthly massage to keep me going. I atttend a very good Fibromyalia Support group where I do gentle exercises.

Hello Mary,

It looks like you've got everything under control.

I used to run the fibromyalgia support group in my town for 11 years and had to stop because I have Dementia, the fibromyalgia is still there for me unfortunately lol, keep smiling as it makes others wonder what you've been up to lol.

I am sorry to hear you had to give up the Fibro group. I agree you have to make the best of things.

Yes Maryduke keep smiling although it can be hard at times, it's amazing how we learn to adapt , I have RA,OA and Angina have had it since 2014 and have adapted my life to combat this diseases xxx
