Sheffred posted the same question here eight days ago - have a look at his or post post and the replies.

Hi! I have also replied to you. The above mentioned pill is very strong.

Try Ghinko biloba + some natural medication to calm down your brains.

Try to make your life easier by having walks, listening to music, etc. When doing this, I forget about my T . It’s hard at night. Good health!

Hello. Sorry, but it all depends on the severity of the T.

Dear Aldo,

As the replies in the tread suggest, this has been discussed elsewhere on the forum in the last week. You should be able to find Sheffred's post without too much trouble.

As far as I can see, this medication is used to treat some forms of epilepsy, nerve pain and bipolar disorder. Talk to your doctor about this medication and why they think it might help you before coming to any decisions.

It is discussed elsewhere on Health Unlocked if you want perspectives on it - healthunlocked.com/tag/carb...

Ok. thanks! But at least we could say that it makes sense. It is the same type of disorder. The same reasoning applies to GABA. It might be possible to make studies on this topic. I don't think medicine take us seriously.

A poster has mentioned ginkgo biloba. There was a recent newspaper article about this - not in connection with tinnitus - which said that the improvement in symptoms of tiredness and so on seems to be the placebo effect. Though of course the placebo effect may still be of benefit!
