I had a liver biopsy, which showed "perivenular sinusoidal dilation and congestion with associated collapse". My hepatologist then arranged a CT scan to check for "venous outflow obstruction". The CT scan was clear and I was subsequently discharged, so never got an explanation of what the the sinusoidal problem was. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with vasculitis and I am wondering if my problem could also be vasculitis.
