There's a BBC Panorama program due to be aired on the 25th of November, about Alcohol and young women. I heard about this episode being put together from a hepatologist friend of mine from the Royal Free/UCL. The young lady who features in this program is Emma.

Emma had her liver transplant carried out at the QE earlier this year. Emma is keen to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and is telling her story to hopefully help others.

This episode is worth keeping an eye open for.

Well done Emma.

I shall definitely watch this if possible. I'm glad to see that the dangers of Alcohol is being raised and that people reaching out to others can help save lives. ( I assume this is the message getting out there, as it's not been aired yet?) Well done Emma .👏
