Thanks David. I thought it was a very informative programme and good to see it was supported by some of our amazing medical colleagues.

Watched it on YouTube and yet another person who doesn’t take his doctors advice and although he initially slows down it didn’t stop him from drinking the ridiculous amount he was and probably still is.seriously what’s wrong with people.also myself as I’m one of them who never took my doctors diagnosis seriously and look we’re that got me.paul
Hi Paul, I agree with your comments completely. I think they are more frightened of not having the booze than facing up to what it is doing to their liver .When I was diagnosed with fatty liver in Oct 2016, I didn't realise the potential harm I had done. Then after bloods ,aUS and fibroscan and then diagnosed with F4 cirrhosis, the severity of my condition hit me like a sledgehammer. I stopped immediately with no withdrawal symptoms at all, and was kicking myself for not stopping sooner. The results of the tests couldn't lie and I had to face up to the damage I had done. For me, my liver is now compensated, but I get a lot of the gifts that cirrhosis gives so generously🤣🤣🤣

Totally agree it makes me wonder why we wait till we are falling off the cliff till we do something.its like the proverbial ostrich burying it head.im sure there are lots that do something sooner rather than later and I love hearing stories like yours that you’re now compensated .I’m sure you’ll reverse all your symptoms if you keep doing what your doing.paul .
