Anniversary

On the 28/8/2015 I had my split liver transplant so tomorrow being my anniversary always has and always will be so grateful to my angel , you saved my life and I will never be able to say what I need to say to you , so each day I remember the gift of life and each day I do my best because of you , ❤️ I know tomorrow is not just my Anniversary but your too I also think off there family x it is so difficult to put it into words so I will leave it there , I will always look up to the stars and say thank you for letting me see my boys grow you are my angel xx
