I would suggest you try to get further tests done such as a Fibroscan and Enhanced Liver Fibrosis (ELF) Test. These would give a more confirmatory result as to whether you do indeed have liver fibrosis/cirrhosis.
It's possible that you can have cirrhosis with no symptoms and normal bloods if the cirrhosis is very well compensated and there are more causes to cirrhosis than lifestyle related issues - there are several auto immune conditions, genetic conditions & more which can cause serious liver damage.
* I have just seen your profile and the fact you have unexplained lung issues and wheezing. I would get your doctor to run the genetic tests for a condition called Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency - this condition potentially leads to both Lung and Liver problems so might be worth getting checked for especially in light of you having no obvious lifestyle related cause to your potential liver issue.
You definitely need further testing and the proper report from your scan to see what's going on.
The fibroscan will take 10 readings across your liver (it's similar to an ultrasound) - at the end of the scan they should report a Median Score for kPa (liver density) and a CAP score - % fatty change in liver. Depending on what is deemed to be the cause of any fibrosis they can then stage it from F0 (normal liver) through to F4 (cirrhosis) so it should confirm or potentially disprove that you've got cirrhosis. Fingers crossed for you that it's the latter.
Only symptom of liver disease I had was vomiting up blood, bloods fine, scans all fine, even had 2 biopsy both came back inconclusive, never felt ill but after 7 years of being monitored bloods suddenly became deranged, LFTs ok but platelets and INR way out, ended up having a liver transplant. I hadn't touched alcohol for over 30 years, mine was NASH cirrhosis. Think your doctors need to do far more tests.
