Coccydynia, pronounced chest bone & umbilical hernia.

My consultant thinks that maybe as a result of ascities, coccydynia, pronounced chest bone and hernia have developed. Has anyone experienced this?

Coccydynia is apparently a very sore tip of the coccyx bone which is inflamed. Got a special cushion but can anything else help? I’ve been struggling with sitting and lying in bed.

Chest bone, will this go back to normal?

Thanks 😊
