Ive had abnormal liver function tests within the last few years.
I dont drink, im not on NSAIDs, I dont have any other symptoms, no pain, not diabetic, no itchiness but I have been taking 40mg fluoxetine a day. They found a small cyst in the pancreas which im waiting for another scan. Has anyone had anything similar by taking fluoxetine?

ongoing abnormal liver function tests in a non drinker. Long shot, but get your iron levels checked, Haemochromatosis or iron overload can damage the liver over years.
I’ve had abnormal results for probably 15 years, had all the tests and scans numerous times including a biopsy but no cause found. I don’t take fluoxetine but have been on meds for UC for many years but a trial coming off them made no difference to levels.
mine went down to normal when I had my daughter, was off the meds for 9 months then went back up when I went on the meds again…. Idk if it’s truely the meds but I think it is
