hi

I had itchy skin on shins on & off, tiredness was told it was due to menopause

Had covid booster jab not well after 2-3 weeks

Bad upper tummy pain and left sided abdo pain blood test showed High ALP then positive for anti-mitochondrial

I have tried to cut down on fat and red meat. I don't eat take aways anymore or things like pizza. I choose not to drink alcohol even though the consultant says I can have a bit. Because I eat well, I don't take extra vitamins except glucosamine for my joints. Hope that helps

Collette the founder bof the pbc foundation always says natural bio yogurt in those big tubs cheaper and better 5 big teaspoons every morning before earning does the gut a power of good.Email the foundation always the most accurate and up to date info and such wonderful support and care xx become a member it's free but they love donations as it is a charity
