Liver cirrhosis
Are you on diuretics for the fluid in your tummy? Which I presume your liver doctor knows about.
Does your liver doctor know about this fluid in your lungs? You say it was found incidentally following a scan for something else BUT this could very well be liver related too (pleural effusion) - especially in light of you having ascites too.
If your liver doctor doesn't know then you absolutely MUST let them know URGENTLY. If it's been GP treated with antibiotics and not liver doctor - contact liver doc if you have secretary details or go through hospital switch board.
I note in your earlier post that you arn't due to see your liver doctor till January 2023 so it is even more important that you contact them regarding these more recent changes - they may need to bring forward your appointment.

I am in a similar position. Contacted my liver team and they prescribed diuretics over phone. Saw dr 2 weeks later and dietitician who prescribed Renapro drinks twice a day. Am awaiting abdominal and lung CTs early December.
