Just another one of my curious questions…
As I’m sipping on the last half of my first liter of water for the day I was wondering whether there are any additives you put in your water for health reasons? Just something to aid in or improve your overall health.
I drink at least 2 liters a day and don’t mind the taste in the least, but if I can add something that benefits me even more while I’m at it then why not?
I’ve read about the usual cucumber and fruits and whatnot but that seems to be mostly for taste and not necessarily a health benefit.
My parents add magnesium supplements and the like to their water sometimes but I don’t want to go doolally with supplements especially at the moment after diagnosis.
Let me also just add I am going to be seeing a nutritionist, but that might be about a month or so from now after I see two more specialists and do a few more tests so in the mean time was purely curious. I’ll be drinking more water now as it’s summer here so a bit of a pertinent question.
