You can't self diagnose yourself via Doctor Google. If you have concerns about your health (which you clearly do) then you absolutely MUST SEE YOUR DOCTOR - explain your concerns, be honest in all respects and get tests done to see what is going on.If it is liver related then provided the cause can be eliminated then the liver can often recover a lot. Based on the potential symptoms you describe yourself as having at this time then yoy are a long way from transplant needy. Only a full transplant assessment multi disciplinary team could say whether you would be suitable for transplant in the future.
Just now you need to get a grip of the situation and see a doctor for tests.

You need to get to your doctor! I don’t know how often I have said “ Dr Google “ is a very dangerous beast! Why on earth are you hoping for diabetes? That’s a horrible disease. My advice is stop the cause, see your doctor and get your bloods checked. Remember it’s never to late to get medical help. Good luck, let me know what your GP says and I will try to help
Please don’t delay consulting your GP .Some of your worries may be unfounded. Good luck
Google says that eating bananas everyday will win me an Olympic gold medal in the 100m. (Forgot to say it was sponsored by Ffyffes!) A lot of what google says is as ridiculous as this....so don’t diagnose yourself using it. The algorithms behind a google search are driven by commercial parameters, which is why American Health Care providers often appear when you search a health term. I wonder why it presents a scary story when you read the results? Call me a cynic, but I don’t tend to rely on Dr Google...if I did I’d be booking my funeral by now. The best place to start the ball rolling on any health concern you have is to go to your GP. They will rule out most things by just speaking to you, and will then order appropriate tests if necessary for anything they are concerned by. Book an appointment today....and stop worrying.
As other members have responded, please see your GP. They, I am sure, will refer you after doing initial checks they deem necessary. Explain your feelings fully. I cannot recall GOOGLE getting a first class medical degree - I am sure of that. Take care and make your appointment without delay.
Will do and thanks. Once again palms are red
Urine brown for weeks now started about a month ago of drinking water for weeks without hurting kidneys
Veins starting to show but not huge and don't know if my eyes are yellow but I get brown spots and red spots at times and when I think It's yellow I pull the top of my lids back to see that the rest of my eyes are white.
I got a check up soon as my urine was brown. The lab tests aren't back yet.
The Doctors reputation is poor and I told them I'm having more symptoms.
I said I want a hepatitis test and the lady said the urine test will be all I need, If enzymes in urine then they will send for liver disease. I'm gradually getting symptoms going on a month now not lab work yet. Only one hospital in this town.
By the time I get real attention and lab tests back I'll be so far in what ever I got it's ridiculous.
I'm a try my best to get to another care .
Anything else you all might want to add I'm listening.
Nothing but respect and thank you all.
Any update? Did you find out what was it was?
goodness me. Why google and not your GP. My local doctors have been very kind and non judgemental and continue to help if I forget to ask my consultant anything. Please start now with your doctor, be honest and the BLT are here to help. Also the forum is very very useful and friendly
