Yes with Big fat full on Cirrhosis - with all it's lovely little relatives, Ascites, Varices, HE, Peripheral Neuropathy etc.

I used to use a gel pack, you know the ones that you can either use hot or cold? Rammed it in the freezer, then put in tea towel and just held it. Good for the feet too, under a pillow.

Ermm about 8 months for me, could be a year, I got a bit lost with everything when the Covid Morhership landed. It seemed ages but realistically was about 8-10 months.

I got mine from the famous website Amazon (*BUT OTHER STORES DO THEM* ~ incase I get told off for using or promoting websites) 😆 pretty cheap, about £3.00 they are dark blue with white writing. Get two, so always a spare one (tea towel a must! Freezer burnt hands aren't funny).

Hope it helps 😃

I’ve never had the major issues with cirrhosis. Mine was caught early. 🙏🤞🙏However, it’s been almost 18 months since my diagnosis and I still have red palms. So they haven’t gone away for me…yet. I hope they do over time as it’s a constant reminder and I find myself quietly comparing mine to others. I know…it sounds like a fetish! 😂

Hello there!! I presented with ascites, had that drained and no problems so far. Feel fit and well. Like you I do look at everyone’s palms too!! Worse things to have anyway,I was just curious. I’ve had these red palms for ages just never knew to look!!!

😂Thats started my day with a big smile. Your description of comparison being like a fetish. You've made me doubt myself now. 😂

It's a very individual disease I have some very weird symptoms/side effects 😳
