Hi there. I have portal vein thrombosis and associated conditions along with portal hypertensive gastropathy. I have abdominal bloating (severe enough to have to wear maternity clothes). Ive had CT scan, ultrasound, MRI and endoscopy. There is no ascities. I suffer from nausea, stomach pain etc and was put on 30mg lansoprazole twice a day which really helps. However after a year, the bloating has persited but now im suffering from acid reflux, throat clearing, sore throat in the morning etc. Has anyone else got these symptoms with PVT or related issues and if so what has worked for you?
