Hi everyone I was diagnosed with hcc in August,I had two tumours , one 52mm and18mm at the time i was not offered treatment due to my liver not woking properly. I am pleased to say I had my first TACE on January 7 and hopeing for treatment on the smaller tumour soon. I am gratefull to everyone who encouraged me to seek treatment thank you.

Hi Grommet.

Good to hear that your treatment is going ahead :-)

I had 2 TACE sessions and both of my tumours shrunk considerably.

After a scan several months later my specialist couldn't tell whether my smaller tumour was now a small nodule or a hole where the tumour used to be.

Wishing you all the very best with your ongoing treatment,

Alf.
