I’ve had upper right quadrant pain for 7 months now and multiple tests that won’t show anything it a fatty liver which I’ve been told for months does not cause pain. Your enzymes means they will look into it and I hope it’s nothing serious as many ppl seem to get temporary elevated alt without anything being too serious. Most likely some liver inflammation. If you take any meds that could cause it just as much as alcohol can.

I am in similar position with ALT 205 I do have increase in Platelets too and Eosinophils.I am having a scan on Monday. I am not a drinker so I am wondering if my Paracetamol use in 2019 when I had face pain from Nasal polyps that now have been removed. I will inform after the scan although I think it will be a couple of weeks till I get results. I try not to worry as that won’t help.

Could easily be gallstones or gallbladder issue..

Hi just wanted to thank everyone for your comments . I was rushed in to a and e by ambulance tuesday night with severe abdo pain. Ultrasound this morning and diagnosed with Gall Stones with two trapped in the bile ducts and one in the muscle wall beneath. Waiting now to see what comes next thanks everyone
