Hi Josh

Quite a few of us on here have had the gallbladder removed, especially, I understand, those of us who have had a Transplant. From my own experience I have had no issues at all as a result of it being removed. My only comment is that, being diabetic (although in remission at the moment), I eat reasonably sensibly 🙂.

Good luck

Miles

Quite common to get bile acid malabsorption (also called bile salt or bile acid diarrhoea) after gallbladder removal - read up on the bad-uk.org website. Something I was never told before. Have to be very careful what you eat eg nothing fatty otherwise it goes through you. Not everyone suffers but it does happen.
