Hi all a few weeks ago. I wrote in here saying how my husband was in Icu, he pulled through and his now at the Qe being test to see if he's suitable to have a liver transplant. So I have everything crossed.

That's brilliant Bank Holiday news that he pulled through! I'm so happy for you and your hubby !
My fingers are crossed that he's suitable for a TP! Please keep us update on his progress as he's in a great hospital! 😊

Hi link
Is he having the first Assessment or the second? I guess it’s the second two day Assessment if there are lots of tests.
I hope it all goes well 👍 Some folk as I recall are told at the end of the Assessment if they make the list or not. I was told I needed more tests..but that was fine because they were only checking something extra!
Or has he bypassed the full blown Assessment process?
Good luck to you both.
Angus
Wishing you all the very best. I actually failed one of the tests on work up for assessment and here I am, one year post transplant. Everything crossed for you. Alf.
Thank you alf I hope he passes x
