has anyone ever experienced abdominal pains top right under ribs and fluctuating blood tests? my alt has gone up to 142 but now back to 40, my bilirubin has slowly increased from 12, 13, 18, 20 and now 26.I have had 2 ultrasounds both clear and a ct scan, i had fluid on my right kidney. my gfr went down to 46 and creatinine went to 160 but they are now back in normal range! its just all over the place! i did post my experience a few days ago with quite a lot of description but i didn't get much replies, so i am shortening it to see if it attracts more answers

Hi Ryan.
Just read your previous post and you did get helpful replies. You do seem to have a lot of health issues going on. No one on this forum are qualified to make any form of diagnosis, can only share experiences and offer advice moving forward.
Any medical concerns you have should be discussed with your doctor, look at the livertrust website or even call them they will be happy to help.
Good luck. Hope you find the answers you want.

It wasn’t that I didn’t get replies, I who was hoping to find people who have had the same experiences and their stories etc that’s all
I would not worry about the bilirubin too much and you have the all clear on the scans. My bilirubin was over 200 and the scans showed that I needed a transplant.
Discuss the details with your doctors and I hope that they address your concerns.
Good luck with everything and keep to safe drinking limits, should you get the all clear to do so.
Hi Ryan,
Ive been having abdominal pains as well. Lower right side u der rib cage and also left side. I had TIPS done July 2018, then 6 months later I had an occlusion (clot in the TIPS) and they had to replace/fix parts of it.
Let me know if you have more questions. The pain drops me to my knee’s and I started to think I was the only one
