Well I'm back from my two weeks hols in Turkey! I decided to grab life by the balls at the age of 67 and tackle my fear of heights and water as I'm not a strong swimmer! I went parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking daily and all alone as my hubby Derek's not into this sort of thing, he'd rather lye and cook! Lol . I also took an early morning speed boat trip with new friends which was fabulous! I've now decided to do things I would never do whilst I still can! Maybe sky jump next to raise some money for the Liver Foundation Trust!!!!
On the health front, I'm still being monitored for possible PBC with monthly blood tests which I must say are improving!
Whilst away I even received a telephone call from my GP practice checking that I'm still taking my daily medication for my inflammed Esophagus diagnosed last month!
I'm still waking up most days feeling exceptionally hot with returning pain in right side plus awful cramps in legs and bouts of extrem tiredness hits me from totally out of the blue which you cannot fight no matter what! I've not these returning symptoms to my GP as yet.
Oh well this is my update for this month as it's now time to order more medication!
Wow!! That's fantastic!! Bet you can't believe you did all that!! You should be really proud of yourself. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

Cheers Lynne!
I totally fell in love with the hotel and staff so much that I want to go back in September if possible to re do some of the water sports and to see my friends!
I'm currently trying to arrange to fly a micra lite plane 😂😂😂😂 which is owned by a friend of my daughters who flies his various planes somewhere near to Market Bosworth area! I'll keep you updated on my next adventure 🤣
Well done Trish. It sounds like you had a fabulous time, probably one of the best pick me up's ever! lol. You return for lovely weather here too. All the best for the sky diving venture! Alf
Lovely note Alf! Yes on sky diving to raise funds for Liver Foundation Trust! Will have to chat with daughter Lorraine (Raine for short) on this point as she's the one with the high flyer friends! She's already done a jump whilst living in NZ for 3 years!
Fabulous sunshine coming out here too! Denium shorts already on and wheel barrow full on pine cones already picked up from lawn at 5.25am whilst still in pj's🤣!
It's now time to cut and trim the lawn😁No rest for this wicked but also mad and kind Trishi!
I shall track your sky diving with great interest (brave woman ) Such a good cause too :-). Been there with the pine cones. I had a huge Scotch pine and I spent more time on clearing the lawn than mowing it. A storm took it several years back. All our relatives miss the pine cones at Christmas but I don't miss them when I want to mow! LOL.
I know exactly what your referring to Alf on the pine cone side of things! We also have 22No 60/80 foot high Lime Trees on a joint driveway that shed all the year round, and especially all over my Audi soft top Errrrrr! This is angry me🤯🤯🤯🤯 .......
I could send you a box full for crimbo if you like? I'm sure Milo may have mentioned your location once which is not far from Derbyshire ? I'm in Derbyshire on the 7th of June!
Unfortunately I'm in Lincolnshire, but thanks for the thought anyway Limes! a devil on glass windows! I've got 2 massive chestnut trees at the bottom of the garden, so autumn is spent clearing the conkers off the lawn and spring and summer spent digging up the small chestnut trees growing from the conkers that the squirrels buried and didn't bother to come back for. Beautiful trees but oh what a lot of work!! LOL
GOOD FOR YOU!!!!…..my motto in life now ..grab life by the balls!!!, ive just got back from Rhodes where this old lady faced her fear and went parascending!!!..and it was brill!! sod it ,lets have fun!!!
