I don't think you can. Certainly i've just looked in my notifications and there isn't a button for deleting.

Yea unfortunately Peppy the only thing you can do to get the icon to stop showing that you still have unseen notifications is to actually go in to each one and open them. Total bummer if you have alot of them😔
