Odd question, sorry... But I have just moved house and I am worried I will not receive any important letters from QE.. I changed it at my GP but they said it's down to me to change it at specific hospitals? Any idea how I would go about changing that ? Just call them up or is there an e-mail address?
Cheers

Telephone the main hospitals you use its quicker and easier than writting. what a carrry on as if the doctor could not let them know that youv changed your address it all goes on a data base. sorry youv' got this problem.
If you already have an appointment, I think that you can change it at the self check in or at reception.
You should pay for your post to be redirected. You do it online. It isn't expensive but you know that all your post will arrive at your new address. You always forget to inform someone.
Can you do an address change at your local post office? I know things may be different from here in the US.
Here you also have to let everyone know that you have had an address change and put in the change at the post office, too. A pain no matter where you live I guess.
