Hi, yea odd sleep patterns really are not nice. Pre transplant I found I was awake most the night and kept falling asleep during the day. Problem like you say is pain. Now post transplant still bad sleep paterns but not sure whether I imagine the pain or it is there. Hope it will all settle down one day.
hi lynne. sorry to hear that pain is keeping you awake. i know i get that to and there is a utube video i use at night, its one where the person talks to you and gets you to do a body scan, iv been using it for the last two years and im sometimes alseep before its finished. sometime i wake up during the night with pain too and its awful. i will try and post it for you later as i forget how to put a video link but i will have a try if i cant post it i will tell you the exact name of it and who its by then you can google it or find it on utube. its for pain relief and sleep. love grace xoxo
iv found it and if it does not come up on this page just type it into utube. its worth a try. i hope it works for you.

it didnt come up as the video on here but i copied and pasted it and put it into google and it came up right at the top of the page. wishing you well. xoxo
Hi Lynne I do a lot of meditation these days and use the headspace app. If you are interested in that then there are good exercises to get you to sleep well. Listening to, or rather having on in the background a bit of relaxing music is good or radio 4. I put Eddie Mair on listen again as I love his voice.
